Holiday shipping Surcharge and Delays

Carriers increase their shipping rates during the holidays October-January. You may see a charge for shipping or an increase in carrier fees during this time.  EXPECT DELAYS FROM ALL CARRIERS.

* Priority Mail is not guaranteed. They are estimated 2-3 days but they often run 5-10 days during the holiday. Tracking may not be accurate or updated as packages sit.

* Express Mail is guaranteed to be refunded if not delivered when they say although they are not always on time. They have all increased from 1-2 days to 2-3 days.

* FedEx which is usually 3 business days is running behind and not a refundable service when delayed.

* UPS is running a day late and is shipped ground.

Orders Ship Monday–Thursday if received by 11am EST

• Tracking emails are sent at the time the label is printed to the email with the billing. If you have an account you will be able to print invoices as well as find the tracking there as well. Please watch the tracking to avoid porch pirates or have them delivered to a secure location or ship General Delivery to be picked up at your local post office. When a package is marked delivered we can not be held liable.
• Due to increased shipping costs some orders may automatically ship via FedEx or UPS instead of via the mail. If this is an issue please mark it in the comments.
• CANADA ORDERS: We are shipping via UPS ONLY due to customs. You may also look at shipping to a location in the states to pick up and hand carry across.
• Shipping out of the USA does not include taxes, duty or brokerage. Prices are in US dollars. Orders shipped internationally may have customs fees, brokerage and taxes associated with the shipment and this is the responsibility of the customer. If the package is refused these fees will be paid by us and deducted from the refunded amount along with the return shipping charges. Refund would equal product price-shipping-brokerage/taxes/import charges-return shipping.  The shipping charge at the time of ordering is only the cost of the postage to get it there and does not include these fees.
